Counseling and Coaching for Increased Calm and Confidence

Greetings! I am a psychotherapist and life coach dedicated to helping people who identify themselves as struggling with anxiety, and often their self-esteem, to experience the happy, fulfilling lives that they were born to lead. In the interest of supporting those on this path, I have started Thought Tonic, a blog on the topics of anxious thinking and ways in which we can respond for a greater sense of calm and confidence. Thank you for visiting this site; I hope that you find it helpful. Please feel free to contact me with comments and questions.
